BGMI is a battle royale game that prioritizes the position of the in-game leader (IGL). This person acts as the pivot around which an esports team plays. Like the captain in each sport, the IGL propels the team towards victory.

Ever since the introduction of PUBG Mobile in 2018, the Indian mobile gaming market has soared. The ban on the game in 2020 was a massive setback for the Indian mobile esports community. However, the introduction of Battlegrounds Mobile India this year witnessed the rebirth of mobile esports again.

Who are the best IGLs in BGMI esports?

1) Vivek Aabhas “Clutchgod” Horo

Based on current form, it has to be said that Clutchgod is indeed the best BGMI IGL at the moment. Ever since the Godlike Esports BGMI team was formed, Clutchgod, along with his teammates Zgod, Jonathan, and Neyo, have created a riot in the community, winning almost all the trophies.

Clutchgod rose to the ranks in 2019, playing for Team Soul. However, he established himself as the leader of TSM Entity when he joined the organization. After the side was released, Clutchgod, along with his teammates, joined Godlike Esports.

Clutchgod, as an IGL, has since won the LOCO War of Glory: Grand Finals, Ranbhoomi Season 1, and Skyesports Championship 3.0. He is sure to win more championships if he continues to be in such great form.

2) Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh

Referred to as “the man with the golden arm”, Mavi is a beast of a player. His grenade skills have clinched him this title, and the powerful assaulter is known worldwide for his prowess as an IGL.

Mavi is often tallied with Clutchgod to be the best IGL in BGMI esports. His exploits with his former organization, Orange Rock (OR) Esports, are known to all. Wins in the PMPL South Asia: Season 1, ESL India Premiership 2020 Summer Season: Finals, and Nimo TV Battleground Season are part of his accolades.

However, Mavi’s most valuable tournament was the PMWL East: Season 0, where he carried OR to the second position. He left OR to join Team SOUL but plays for Team X Spark nowadays.

3) Yogesh “Roxx” Yadav

Roxx is an inspiration for underdog players, and Team Celtz’s wonder run is etched in esports history. Roxx, as an IGL, delivered when no one expected him to, winning the PMPL South Asia: Season 1 Finals.

Roxx then led the merged Galaxy Racers and Celtz to wins in Crew Mania and LOCO Gamer League: PUBGM Monsoon Knockouts.

The schedule for the largest-ever BGMI tournament, the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS), is out. The event will commence on 4 December and run for more than a month, ending on 16 January. The event features a massive prize pool of ₹1 crore.

In-game qualifiers: The tournament’s first stage is open for all and will occur from 4 December to 8 December. Each registered team should compete in a total of 15 matches. However, only the best ten games will be assessed to determine the final list. The top 1024 teams from this phase will be selected for Stage 2.

Online Qualifiers: The qualified 1024 teams will battle it out from 16 December to 30 December in three-round online qualifiers, and only the top 64 will proceed to the next round. Thirty-two seasoned sides will be invited directly to the third round of the online qualifiers, where they will compete with the top 224 qualified teams.

Quarter Finals: The four-day QF, 2 January to 5 January, will feature the top 64 teams of the event. They will be divided into four groups of 16 sides each and will compete in a best-of-six format. The top six teams from each group will advance to the Semi Finals.

Semi Finals: These top 24 teams will be slotted into three groups and compete in four-day semi finals from 7 January to 10 January. The top 16 teams with the most points will advance to the final stage.

Grand Finals: The finals will feature the best 16 teams in the country. They will battle in 20 rounds scheduled over four days from 13 January to 16 January to crown the ultimate champion.

The registration ends on 28 November, and any Indian citizen over 16 years of age can participate. During registration, players must have a BGMI account with a level of 15 or above and a ranking of at least Platinum V.

The event has brought excitement among the fans of BGMI in the country, and it will be interesting to see how the new talent fares against fan-favorite teams.

While the other special comes with an individual price, Victor is the only special character who can be redeemed for free. However, Krafton has decided to put Anna’s cost at 600UC and furthermore, has provided the players with missions to redeem the character for free.

How to get Anna for free in the ‘Anna Joins the Battle’ event?

1) Complete the ‘Anna Joins the Battle’ event

The character vouchers event is called “Anna Joins the Battle” and here is the list of all the missions and rewards to be obtained upon completion:

1. Log in for a total of 1 day- 10 character vouchers, 200 BP.
2. Log in for a total of 2 days- 20 character vouchers, 400 BP.
3. Log in for a total of 3 days- 30 character vouchers,600 BP.
4. Log in for a total of 5 days- 50 character vouchers,1000 BP.
5. Complete 1 match- 10 character vouchers, 200 BP.
6. Complete 3 matches- 20 character vouchers,40 AG currency.
7. Complete 10 matches- 40 character vouchers, 4 supply crate coupon scraps.
8. Spend a total of 60 minutes in the game- 15 character vouchers, 350 BP.
9. Spend a total of 200 minutes in the game- 35 character vouchers, 650 BP.
10. Defeat 12 enemies- 30 character vouchers, 60 AG currency.
11. Travel 2,000 metres in a vehicle- 20 character vouchers, 2 supply crate coupon scraps.
12. Travel 5,000 metres in a vehicle- 40 character vouchers, 4 supply crate coupon scraps.
13. Add 1 friend- 10 character vouchers, 200 BP.
14. Chat with 1 friend- 5 character vouchers, 200 BP.
15. Complete 1 match while in a group with friends- 15 character vouchers, 1 parachute trial.

2) Wait for the next missions to arrive and complete them

The ‘Anna Joins the Battle’ event, can reward up to a maximum of 350 character vouchers. However, it would be wise to wait for the next set of missions to arrive as they will enable the players to get the remaining character vouchers. They will be required to redeem Anna for free.

The following list of missions may arrive in BGMI after November 26, as they have already arrived in PUBG Mobile.

BGMI achieves a revenue milestone

Not just BGMI, the recently released futuristic battle royale title, PUBG: New State, has accumulated over $2.6 million within a week of its global launch. The game was released on 11 November 2021. Krafton has been massively successful with the reception of both titles, financially and in terms of gameplay.

In the past three quarters, the average earnings of PUBG Mobile have been over $750 million. The above revenue distribution shows the best quarter in terms of earnings in Q3 with a revenue generation of $771 million.

1) Purchase rename card

Purchasing the rename card from the in-game shop is probably the easiest possible way to get a rename card. However easy it may seem for players who have money to spend on the game, this method can be cumbersome for others.

Rename cards available in the in-game shop cost a player 180UC each. However, this cost amount can be reduced by using UC Discount vouchers.

2) Get a rename card by leveling up

This method does not require any purchase and comes for free. This method is helpful for everyone, especially beginners in BGMI who want to possess at least one rename card in their inventory.

A player needs to level up to at least Level 10 to complete this. He must follow the following steps:

1. Tap on Missions.
2. Drop down and click on progress mission.
3. Move to Level 10 and collect rewards.
